Welcome to term 2

Hi everyone welcome back to term 2 and I hope you enjoy all the blog posts that I do in term 2. Here is some work I have done this week.

Here is my plastic fantastic brainstorm that shows what I know about plastic.

numeracy reflection wk 10

This is my certificate That I got in my basic facts on thursday and this is it I got 100 percent in it and in two minutes. We do this every week for basic facts i'm on stage 6 for it.

And this is my 2 digit by 2 digit multiplication that we were set for our maths tasks for the week and my equation was 24x11 I did step 1 2 and 3 but I forgot to put it on. we were supposed to do 4 or 5 but I didn't do that much for this week.Next time I will work harder and get a video done. And a bit more work.

Today Andrew came in and he talked to us. We played with some Electronics and taught us about how to make things that can feel and tell what it is like such as how hot it is outside and inside. We also tested how strong we were. I had a group of Sebastian, Blake, Logan and I.

Reflections Week 9 Term 2

This is my guess and check I did it with my friend Harvey he is in my Literacy group . We were learning to use a dictionary to find the meaning of new words from within our reading.

PREP 

We made for prep wooden cars,dice,heads and tails 

we made 1532 Kawa by selling products  

we had a parent helper come in to help us

Week 6 Reflection

This was a really cool book it was about a son and a dad wanting coconuts and then the dad climbs the tree and then he chucks the coconuts down to his son.  My task was to make predictions about the story.






I used my subtraction and some addition to solve these questions.  My WALT was to re order numbers to 1000.

Reflection Week 9

I figured these with all my maths group.  We used doubling and halving.



I have learnt that water is very important  because we use it all the time in our daily lives.

I have learnt that to do silly sentences the weird way, this helps me remember my spelling.
