My Art

Here is a picture of my art we made this term. 
First we had to make an avatar of ourselves on a website. Then we had to enlarge our avatar by drawing on a grid.  After that we did the outline with vivid and then we had to paint it. 

Here is my final piece of art. I think I did ok but my eyes look very weird so that's what I would do better next time.

What has Been in the News this Week?

Lime Scooters 

Lime Scooters cost 1 dollar to run for 30 minutes.  They are good for the environment but unfortunately they have faulty brakes. That's why they have been on the news. The Auckland Council are thinking about permanently banning the lime scooter due to the brakes failing. 

My opinion is ban them and make something that the brakes work on so people won't fall of. What do you think?

What's Been in the News this Week...

Each  week we read the news and do a quiz then pick a thing to research.  I chose the football news so here it is. 

The New England Patriots won the most watched sport game in the world. They are also my favourite football team. They win most of their games and they are a good team too.

This week we did a study on mars and we had to figure out from the text we had. We got there

I said i'll stay in the car

One minute

I say fine

And i see mum

Walk into the supermarket

I think to myself

How long does

It take to buy stuff

It's feeling like ages

I was looking out

Of the car window

And i saw a

Tone of cars go

Past my window

By now i thought

Where is she

Buying a lot of stuff.

This is a book about the most deadliest things on the planet it is a really good book my favorite deadly thing is the black mamba because it could kill almost anything I really like these kind of books because they are really cool. They really should make more of these books I know there are more but our school library should get the whole series so we can reed them.
